When I gave the pillow a try it gives a a really bad tension headache. It doesn’t fit the curve of neck if anything it’s really good at putting you in a position of pinching nerves. I can’t stand to use it fore more then 30 mins as it cause my neck to cease up even when my neck wasn’t hurting. My neck hurts so bad after using it. This company is a scam and doesn’t take used returns within 30 days I bought 1 for each of the family totaling 4. Do not purchase it is the worst pillow I ever used.
