Some kind of fraud. BE CAREFUL. The worst service I have ever seen. First, there is no helpful information on the website. It seems there are lots of profiles in there and you only need to purchase a membership and you get what you need but when you purchase premium (it doesn’t have a trial and you must purchase) for 1 month you will find no active profiles. Nobody answer you which means they’re either a FAKE profile or an unattended one. So, NO chance to get a nanny or babysitter from this site. Also, they renewed your account without telling you (it will active auto-renewal at the first stage and you can’t cancel it easily), and when you email them and say it was already deducted and you want to refund they refused.
