This is my second review on scribd, as they have not resolved any issue about fraudulent transactions happening on my card every month. And here how they have audacity to reply me back that everything is resolved. They have closed the request without taking any actions and informing me and even after raising the same request now third time they are still charging me. Absolute fraud company, even after following up so many times, they are not treating the complaint seriously.
