She requested me to remove my comment in exchange to the refund, and asked to remove it before she will give me the refund.I asked her – How can I be sure that I will get it? since then, I continued to get auto messages about that the service is not refundable (even after 1 hour of use). This manager disappeared and didn’t continue to answer my messages. In the button line, this app is a fraud! And their service is bad!!
