They can turn off and on what they please, since no one will come and check them. I would scam everyone too knowing that no one will punish me for that. Where the audits? Does someone have access to casinos equipment and softwere? No wonder every casinos is based in malta, where you can bribe and no one cares. They rent a place in malta, register company on that adress and then you come to the adress all you gonna see abandent building. So money can buy anything you want, and casinis have alot. So called “regulators” happy getting good bit of cash to keep their mouths shout, and maltas goverment is corrupt and dont even look to do anything with full pockets. 🙂 So then you can buy goverment easy, who is going to stop you from doing anyting you want without any conseconses?
