Absolutely horrendous company… DO NOT BUY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK. They don’t cover the full postage and there are also huge customs charges to pay over a certain value – SweetCare do not make ANY of this clear when ordering, even when you add your address and they calculate postage at the time for you. The face of their website is as if a UK company – total scam. Their returns policy is awful and prohibitory – I contacted them via the website and it didn’t go through. They say once you contact them through the website that you’ll get a confirmation email, but their wording is ‘If you don’t receive this automatic confirmation email, probably you will not be able to get our answers.’ Surprise – I didn’t get a confirmation email, nor hear back…. Horrendous company, absolute scam taking advantage of customers. I see others have written similar on here, and the company just reply that it’s in their small print – yes, their terrible and vague ‘get out of anything’ clauses are in the small print hidden away on specific pages of the website. None of the above issues are made apparent when they’re taking your money during the order. Extremely unethical. Horrendous company.
