Another week passes, AFTER they agreed to refund, AFTER agreed terms for refund passed, and closed support ticket as “resolved” without doing actual refund, I contacted them, suddenly “technical difficulties” are present. Then again they just did their scam website token “REFUND” which I didn’t bought, I won’t buy anything from them again. THEY closed support ticket by themselves AGAIN. Zero responsibility, zero customer support, zero product, I just gave away my money, that’s it.
