    I’m on a 2-year free Premium membership through an American Express discount. 7 months into this period, MyUS starts charging me 9.99 USD a month for the said membership. I tried filing a claim through their chat services, but they keep playing dumb and try the put the blame on American Express. I know they have been scamming people this way for a long time as 2 family members already had to deal with the same issue a few years back. They made it right then after claims were filed. But this time, they seem hell-bent on not solving the issue. Avoid this company.
