Absolutely dreadful. Booked accomodation through Agoda, the hotel was a scam and has taken 3 payments from my account and eventually charged me double to what I was supposed to pay. Agoda said the hotel claims I requested additional services, which I have not. Basically agoda passed my card details to a scammer who was free to take as much as they please from my account until I had to block my card. Maybe agoda cooperates with these scammers and gets a cut… awful service and a scam
