Don’t use this company. It is new SCAM. they will ask you pay highest custom fee plus high insurance cost. I wonder why this company is not closed. I recently try to sell a bag with a US company and they refused me of condition and ask me a US address for return. I searched on website and give them address for return. after the delivered, they request me provide invoice and I explained hundred of times it is not sale there is no invoice and it is return. they all like robot keep saying if there is no invoice the item can’t ship back to UK. after i contacted several of them, one of the staff ask me provide pre-paid shipping label from merchant, the system can request to ship back, which i found 129 usd to ship back UK for a bag and insurance add to 77 usd can’t remove. why not you go to robber people directly way?
