This may just be a scam. :(•UPDATE- not a scam- after my initial review company was ‘able to locate my order’ and sent out printable certificate immediately. Although after his birthday my boyfriend loved the gift since we had been to Scotland a couple years ago. Very cute novelty and I now have to call him Lord. •company went above and beyond to make it right they upgraded to framed certificate and even refunded my purchase.
