Complete scam. First it charged $15 and then made an ‘Eligibility test’ and then requested an additional $97 payment to complete the unlock. This total should have been stated BEFORE making any charges, because in this case, I’m not willing to pay 5X the price offered at the beginning. Beware of these scammers.
