Terrible customer service, items never arrived and they claim no responsibility and don’t want to issue a refund. Every email I’ve had from them they’ve avoided refunding my money and claim they’ve suffered great cost to themselves. They use a tracking company which is a clearly a scam, they claim the item is delivered to a business address that wasn’t open at the time it what allegedly delivered, then tried to say my delivery info was unclear. They’ve provided no proof my parcel was delivered or signed for. AVOID.
