Booked a 3 nights stay via Booking.com website. Didn’t stay a single night because there was human feces in the toilet upon checking in. Booking.com refused to refund saying it was facilitated by a partner company. The hotel refused to refund citing it was booked via AGOD@. AGOD@ won’t entertain me as I was not their customer. All these indirect/ redirect bookings of hotel rooms gave these bast@rds a loophole to scam money. I will book directly from hotels from here and never use these sh!t internet platforms again!
