When having to write a review, it should have 0-5 stars. This company is definitely fraudulent. I placed an order on July 11, a few hours later, they canceled my order, claiming they did not deliver in that area. Received an email stating I would receive my refund in one to two business days. It has been nine days. Multiple phone calls still no refund. Spoke to Fred in customer service. I’m pretty certain Fred is a fake name. still being told to give it a few more days I am expecting a refund of $137.37. I will be reporting this company and their tactics I have already reported to BBB. Will make note on all public social media to be aware of Baby Blue Florist. I rate this company a -0.. DO NOT ORDER FROM BABY BLUE FLORIST!!!! SCAM!!!
