I agree this company is a scam. I did 2 resumes that I never used in May (it was a terrible program). I had no idea I was being charged this whole time and only was given a partial refund for November. The representative had the audacity to try to sell me lower price monthly subscriptions, but I couldn’t get a refund for all the months I never used (since June)?
