Absolutely atrocious and fraudulent website. They have ZERO customer service support on the site and wash their hands of problems via FAQs or tell you to go to Paypal and open a dispute with the seller.Do not trust the little “Payment Protection” icon on a product, as I did, because when it comes to an issue they say the seller is not eligible for the Protection plan – a total Fraud! I’ll be sticking with the more responsible alternative selling site.Oh, and the “support” email address gets you the response “This is not a monitored inbox” So disgusting
