    If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, this company mirrors the hotel site – I had NO IDEA I was booking through getaroom.com, and certainly had no idea there was a NO CANCELLATION / REFUND policy. We ended up having to cancel the room (5 weeks prior to travel – 4 days after booking) – which is where I noticed I would not be refunded. As it stands now I have paid in full for the room (WITH SIGNIFICANT EXTRA FEES), no longer have a room, as it’s been cancelled, and they are reviewing with the hotel as to if they can cancel the booking and provide a refund. (I can likely guess the outcome here). Fun fact, once you cancel the room on their site, you’ll learn you will NOT receive a refund and that they can’t reinstate the booking. Again, AFTER you cancel the reservation these details are provided. Customer service is horrible – scripted nonsense that is further infuriating. Don’t bother asking for a manager – you will be left in a hold wasteland. Absolute SCAM. This company should be shut down.
