It’s a scam and should be called Goshitty. First the $&@-$ cancelled my room a day before the flight to New York. After spending 2 hours on the phone, they claimed they would call back. I didn’t hear from them again until the evening of the next day. I’d already book another hotel and was checking in. They claimed they could not cancel or refund due to policy. It’s a scam.
