This company is a scam! It just takes your money and uses chatbots for interaction. Beware. There are too many telehealth services to use that actually will provide refunds. This one will just charge and provide nothing. They must use chatbot because after I had already submitted bloodwork and left for a month they were trying to get me to do bloodwork again and charged me again. I realized the error and tried to receive my monies back and basically got, Sorry Charlie. You’ll see that based on their reviews it’s 50/50 but I urge anyone smart enough to read reviews , wish I had, not to use this service.
