    I had ordered two dresses. One arrived within a week or so of ordering and the other was still processing. I tried to submit a request for a return but their website wouldn’t allow me to proceed further with it. There was no way to click the “Submit” button. The order number for both dresses was the same and my daughter said, “Maybe you need to wait for the other to arrive?” That isn’t usually the case because each item has its own item number and with other places you can return some items while keeping the rest. I sent an email and didn’t get a response. The second dress came approximately a month later. I tried to request a return code again for both dresses but now I could only do it for the second dress (it was past the 14 days obviously but I didn’t get any assistance when it was within the 14 days so whose fault is that?). I attempted the return for the 2nd dress and ran into the same issues: There was no way to submit it! I emailed NoraCora again & still haven’t received a response. I’m stuck with these two white dresses that look like pillowcases; maybe I’ll use them for just that. I would’ve ordered again in the future because there are some cute clothes; however, I will NEVER order from this company again; I believe it’s a SCAM.
