I’ve been on calibrate for over a year, and they have probably the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to reach them for a month because they never sent my refills for my meds to pillpak, and I’ve been sending messages through the app for weeks asking them to please send it and pillpak still doesn’t have it. They aren’t even responding to messages. I spent a lot of money on this program and to leave a customer/patient high and dry, with no medication and just ignoring their pleas for help, is not only a bad business practice but dangerous because we are dealing with medical stuff here. I do not recommend this company, go to your doc and get the GLP1 meds and follow any diet and you’ll get the same results. Calibrate “support” is a scam, their coaches weren’t even that helpful, and most of the weight loss success can be attributed to the medication. I am going to need to ask my doc to write my script for a refill on my medication because these folks are absolutely useless and have terrible customer support. I am giving them 2 stars because I did lose weight, thanks to the meds I cannot get right now. Based on customer service alone, zero stars.
