Absolute scam !!!I deposited 2.5k to exchange it to btg now I can’t withdraw the money they require KYC. But in fact they mentioned in the tos that withdrawal’s doesn’t require kyc. So I uploaded my documents they needed 5 days to check it and they rejected it many times so I stopped trieng contacting them to return my money!I just accept that I got scammed hardly be careful if you buy or deposit your crypto to hitbtc because 95% you wont be able to withdrawal!
