This awful company scams you and charges you money for a subscription that you don’t have. They have been charging me 63.17 for two months of premium access even though my account showed only basic access and was not on premium service. Do NOT sign up for care.com. You also can’t find their phone number anywhere. When you do contact them they tell you them will call back later once they review your case. Yeah right. They went and deleted my account to not have any record. Absolutely not. I will be demanding a refund.
