I emailed the customer support they reply immediately they give a link to there FAQ then i saw there rules how to withdraw and I try to follow there guides about reconfirm and days of processed after that i saw withdrawal pending then need to confirm the pending withdrawal for review. After 3 days waiting received my withdrawal. Maybe the higher withdrawal the more days to processed. My advise is withdraw your income below 0.001.
