I made a purchase from myprotein and the offer to join complete savings popped up for a cashback welcome offer off my next order with that retailer. I signed up fully and later that day placed a second order. I submitted my receipt as per the T&Cs but they rejected it as it needed to be a ‘further order’. I have provided proof that i had placed two orders – one to sign up and one later that day after sign up, but customer services keep rejecting it. This is a complete scam and customer services are really hard to reach. Totally underhand as I’ve met the criteria for the cashback and all terms, but they aren’t honouring their offers. Be cautious and definitely don’t pay for a subscription!
