Total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. OPTIONFOLD.COMThey use 2 different tracking websites track718 and track 678 who are both scams. No parcel after being in transit for over 20 days. Each time I requested a refund and cancellation I got a % compensation offer not the refund I was requesting. Business registered in the UK is a scam front. Then told they were expediting the parcel but how when it’s in transit??? It’s been in the UK since 29th June going from facility to facility (and with a local courier 3 different times) but still not been delivered. They won’t even tell me which company will be the final delivery courier which is suspect in itself. Total scam company and website. Avoid at all costs.
