They unilaterally closed my account after my credit card details were stolen by fraudsters and my card issuer reissued my card. Clearly, the last thing on my mind in this situation was to remember to update my payment details on complete savings!! They send no notifications or reminders when your monthly payment doesn’t go through. Despite many attempts with customer services, and explaining the situation, they refused to reopen my account and stole all of my pending cashback. BEWARE
