They will reschedule your appointment without asking you, deny your attempts to reschedule it to a time that actually works for you, and then charge you a no-show fee. If for some reason you choose to ignore all of these reviews telling you they are scammers, at least pay with a credit card so you have an easier dispute process when they steal your money.
