Had a few good experiences. But today showed up at a hotel who told me they had no more rooms. Spent an hour trying to get a refund from Super. Hotel told me to just book direct to avoid being “scammed”, how can I argue that. And Super had me jumping through hoops till I threw in the towel on the refund. It’s a glitchy high risk system. Best to stick with the big names, Priceline, booking.com, and etc.
