    I wish I had read the reviews first. I purchased flowers on June 13th for my sister. I received an immediate cancellation, with notice of refund submitted. It’s been 24 days and no refund to my bank account yet. Cathleen has asked me twice to be patient through the process. She however has offered no time line as to how long it should take. Feels like a scam.
