Right, I’ve raised the rating from one star to two because after weeks and weeks my ID was finally marked as complete and I could withdraw. I hope to be able to further change this score. But I am not impressed with the total lack of response either via the online chat or email.My original review is below, I’ll now see how things go and if the customer service improves before I consider amending/removing it…………………………………………………..Scam company, refuse to let me cashout. They asked for ID had it, confirmed ok, still wont pay out. As others said ignore all contact, online help is a bot. Do not use. I am reporting to Gambling Commission so should othersIn answer to OJO’s comment they have had umpteen emails to their correct address, they have had numerous online messages, they have not responded to a single one. Oh and my ID was APPROVED weeks ago. Sadly from the reviews it seems I’m far from alone
