I was happy with their service with my initial shipment, but with my second shipment with them, they lied about the dimensions of the package being sent. I ordered this product from GMC, and GMC provides the package dimensions on their website, but when myus.com shipped the package to the final destination, they claimed my package was much larger than what the manufacturer shows the package to be and charged me oversize. I had previously ordered 3 car mats where shipping was $40 cheaper than the single car mat they recently sent. The manufacturer reported package dimensions are not oversized, but myus.com inflated the package dimensions and labeled the shipment oversized, charging me a huge fee. Myus.com’s shipping cost calculator shows the fee for delivery should have been $81 with DHL but they charged me $230 – and yes, I included the weight AND the dimensions of the package when reviewing the estimated shipping cost.In other words, they inflated the original package dimensions to charge me more money AND they charged my card WITHOUT authorization or my consent. This is textbook fraud. Unless they correct their actions, I will no longer be doing business with them and will use one of their many competitors instead.
