Please do not use DHgate. My order number is 3619387474. I wanted a full refund for the item as it’s not matching the description and they are useless to me. So without asking me DHgate gave me a refund of 15usd when the items is 48usd. I am so annoyed in the poor customer service. Please provide me with a shipping label so that I can send these sandals back and have a full refund as I don’t understand what DHgate don’t understand that they are of no use to me. DHgate failed me as a customer I will never ever buy from there again as the customer service is non existent. How can I get a 15usd refund for something that is 48usd. I am so upset with this resolution. Please can you send me a returns label so I can have a full refund as the sandals are no use to me whatsoever. And who can I complain to. Will I be able to dispute this with my bank as this is a scam
