This is a scam!!!!! They won’t let me get a refund despite buying travel insurance. Everything they do is through different “third” parties. Anytime you try to contact them – it takes hours and there’s no phone number. They just keep saying “the third party is not answering” which is bullS$&@. I have now lost over $1,000 from them because they keep sending me to different third party websites with no contact information
