    I too was scammed ! I ordered a sympathy arrangement and immediate got an order it was cx due to flowers not available!! Email said credit was issued and as so many others didn’t get the refund ! I will be going to my bank now and get that fraud process started. Kathleen Kaur is the customer happiness service 😡manager? Doesn’t seem that floral business have flowers 🤥Update after call the 1-800 # below I did speak to someone and they too said the bank didn’t release it and it should be back in acct in 1-2 days ! I hope they make thing right 🤞🏻
