First order and the seller ships with counterfeit postage so I don’t get the package. I open a dispute. DHgate says give it time citing a tracking app that isn’t USPS and doesn’t show the counterfeit update. I request full refund as I don’t trust the bags to be any good when the seller uses counterfeit postage because it’s my option to say resend or full refund. Seller resends and DHgate accepts that even though they guarantee refund for invalid postage and many other reasons. But that’s a scam and they lied.
