Fool me twice, shame on me.# This company is a scam ! DO NOT USE THEM# Appalling ‘Customer’ SupportWhat can I say they have said it all before!!Anyway, just for clarity;. They took an unauthorised payment from card. Customer service in denial > just quoting the script. They said my package was prohibited to the UK yet they proceeded to send anyway & left me with $374.01 of costs + shipping back to the retailerI have never known a company like it. I would hazard a guess that the company is just a front for money laundering.
