SCAM.i paid for the membership that allowed me infinite background checks at no extra cost. membership yearly totaled about $400. i met up with a few sitters and went to run a background check and i never received anything. when customer service was contacted, they explained that their system was down and don’t know when they’ll give me a report. so i did my own background check. one sitter i ran a background check on was a minor. she was 15, couldn’t drive and was still in high school. when i asked her how she even was able to get an account she said that she just put her sister’s information. BEWARE. i never got my money, never got the reports, currently SCARED to trust anything on that site since they do NOT do background checks. i brought this up to customer service and they said my account will be banned. i took screenshots of all messages sent back and forth between customer service and myself. still have all the girls’ messages saying they were underaged. as stated before, do not trust this site and do not trust anyone on this site. fortunately i caught it before leaving my child with them and it was just that they were underaged but you NEVER know. if this could slip between the cracks….imagine the types of people they let on that site. i ended up leaving my career as a whole to raise my children and it’s not an option for others but just BE CAREFUL.
