Hellcase.com is scam site. I won a knife and could not withdraw. I contacted support who banned my account after asking to withdraw. They are asking for Steam gift cards and to visit other websites to unban my account which is obvious fraudulent behavior. AVOID THIS SITE!Edit #1: I tried contacting support@hellcase and they still want to communicate over Steam. If this is the case then there are issues within your internal team.Edit #2: I have contacted another employee. They were able to unban my account but not able to restore the damages made by the first employee who sold all my hellcase skins and suggested to talk over Steam. Site needs internal employee audit.
