Don’t rent from them ! We rented 2 cars as a family .My Kia had over 35k km done so not brand new . Overall good condition with a small dents , some scatches and micro marks as all used have . I made sure i took many pictures and videos on the first day . When we arrived at the rental place everything was good we got the keys ,paid the deposit and went on our way . We had lovely time during our stay in Poland . On Friday 23rd we rerurned the car and the unexpected happened. The moto of the company is creating experiences? Well they know how to do it very well . When we arrived we found 3 guys on top of my mothers car with wet wipe’s looking at some micro mark(pictures attached for reference) they said it was done by her . Well it wasn’t done by her and they shouldn’t even be considered damage by them . My Mom had to go and catch a train but we had tome and stayed there . They also found 2 marks on my car . The guy asked me for my pictures and i said no . Pictures will be used in Court if you continue this scam . He wouldn’t speak English even though he was the one that I signed the contract with . Luckily my family speaks Polish . Anyways we have videos and pictures from the day as a proof just incase . At the end they said our Kia is ok the marks were there but they will still claim/hold deposit from my mom . They are scammers and try to make money from insurances and customers. I will make sure everyone knows about their practices. Its a shame . I have emailed vipcars to remove them from their selection of carrental and see what other legal action I can take .
