Whenever you try to contact etsy, and you get a reply from the guy called ” Richard ” just be sure your problem won’t be solved, that guy is the most rudest support i have ever seen, irresponsible support member, he doesn’t care about users problems, since he get paid monthly from etsy, he is doing what he wants. actually etsy generally becomes a place for scammers, and frauds, it’s a shame. For buyers, just stay away of etsy if you don’t want to lose your money.
