Never received the item. After a failed attempt because seller did not provide legal documents (I was called by the customs to provide them with papers I never received) the “Premium Seller” refused to send to Greece without any reason and refusing to find any other way. I even proposed to pay more or even pay their tickets to come to Greece ⚠️ . After more than10 emails and phonecalls and in-app messages they just returned my money with no interest after 3 months. Totally untrustworthy. Bids are apparently binding only for the buyer and not the the “premium sellers”. Total scam.(about the Reply: the fact that you contacted the seller and did not provide any information why do they refuse to send it properly with all legal documents needed, explains exactly why you are untrustworthy. Moreover, the fact that you still list them as “premium seller” in your app proves my point 100%. Finally, Greece is a European Country, member of the EU since 1981. Hence, the same laws apply for customs. The fact that you did not provide the legal documents needed means that you don’t have them -> therefore scam and dangerous for the buyer. No, your apology is not accepted. I was following that bid for more than a year and I was thrilled that I won that one particularly. Furthermore, I was really scared when the authorities called me asking for papers you did not provide – I still got the mail remember? Also, it’s not a product I bought and returned so I got my money back. It’s a bid. I bid, I win, I receive for the exact price. Untrustworthy, lying and dangerous scam then.)
