Absolute shitshow with this company. I ordered a new product from them. As soon as it arrived I powered the new device on. The next day it stopped working completely. I let them know it was a defect product and started with the refund process. I sent 60 mails back and fourth with them. They even tried to scam me out of a refund saying I used the wrong cables, when I clearly followed instructions on the back of the box what cable it was suppose to use. 1 month later I finally got the refund back. Do not recommend at all. Trash customer support and vagely feels like a scam.
