I had already upgraded to premuim Class Two months earlier and was trying to upgade to 1st class (using AA miles)That is fraud. They do not tell the customer that they are not American Airlines and are a travel agency instead. He actually he ended the call with “Thank you for calling United Airlines”. TOTAL SCAM AFTER THAT STANDARD RESPONSE AND YOUR NICE BBB RATING OF F THATS ALL YOU GOT IM NOT DONE SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM!
