I ordered their whitening toothpaste on the 10th of April 2023 and still have not received it, or a refund on the 24th of June 2023. I managed to get one response from the Hismile team who said I had to contact Evri as they had dispatched it but Evri said they were still awaiting the item so to go through Hismile. I’ve chased the Hismile team multiple times for a response and received no answer. I think this is a total scam and would suggest everyone avoid!!
