Booked a 2-4 pm tour with a guide for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence on 6/23. We were 30 minutes early to the assigned meeting point by the Cossimo statue (as instructed on my reservation from HeadOut). We waited until 2:20. No guide or other tourists showed up, which felt immediately like a scam. I received no email beforehand that the tour time/date/meeting location had changed. Please refund my money for this awful and unprofessional experience.
