when i sell some spice product on etsy and some one ask refund. after that etsy immediately suspend my account and give full refund to buyer, without asking anything from me. i have all evidence. but there is no seller safety at all. after suspend i have appeal 3 times and no any customer support agent contact me. and also after that refund I try to contact Etsy CS support. but they close my support ticket without answering. if anyone need evidence I can share all things. don’t waste your time, effort and money for this kind of worst websites. Scammers always promote scammers. that’s why they hold funds without reason
