Site is a complete scam as many reviewers have commented. They will not allow any baggage or carry-on, and will not allow you to cancel a flight. Called to cancel and the rep said they would charge a $50 fee and you only get an airline credit good for 1 year. Then, the next guy I spoke to told me it was a $100 fee and a credit good for only 90 days. Clearly a scam and they still won’t let me cancel. Avoid this website.
