My Case ID 29215467I would have give it a higher star rating because they have been fairly reliable I’ve received most gems from the offers I’ve done but had Two issues on the same game (Misty Continent) My first issue was resolved quickly. The second hasn’t been resolved at all completed an offer to reach lvl 21 Stronghold and I wasn’t given my gems I waited a few hours and still none so I sent a ticket in on Friday still haven’t heard back from the reward specialist. Like i said it would be higher but the rewards I’ve not got I spent real money on so it’s got to be a 1 star feels like I’ve been scammed I’d just like to be reward what I’ve earned please
